Pricing 
All prices stated in the website is in Singapore Dollars. 

Delivery in Singapore is FREE except for delivery to CBD area/ Tuas Area and Sentosa.

If you wish to self collect, please inform customer service when you order. Note: All collection is by Appointment only. ( Self Collection Address: #02-21 680 Upper Thomson Road S787103) 


Order Confirmation

Order will only be confirmed when you have received our formal Order Confirmation Email( OCE). The Order Confirmation Email will only be issued after we have received your payment. DO note that OCE is not instantaneous. We need time to check for the availability of your purchase etc, before we can issue the OCE. If you did not receive the OCE after 3 hrs of payment, Please contact Customer Service. Do note that OCE will not be issue after Office Hour ie 10 pm to 8 am.


Cancellation Policy
We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to delivery. However, Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before we deliver; Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable. 

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reject your order if we are unable to meet your requirements. We will inform you beforehand. Once the order is rejected, a full refund will be issued on the same day.

Substitution Policy
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

For Festive Hampers, 30dollarflorist.com reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on availability.


Refund & Exchange Policies
If you are unsatisfied with the floral arrangement and fruits that you receive, 30dollarflorist.com will either replace the arrangement or give you a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Request for exchange must be made within 10 hours of receipt.

Items sold are not exchangeable except for items delivered with defects. Request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, 30dollarflorist.com will replace the defective items at no extra charge.

Secure Shopping

Safe transactions and the protection of your privacy have always been our top priorities. 30dollarflorist.com uses PayPal to process your payments. You will be directed to PayPal website where you enter your credit/debit card or bank account information for authentication with the bank through secured connection. We do not keep your private and confidential information at any point in time.
